Call Appearance Functions

Getting Information About Call Appearances

This section describes the functions you can use to get information about call appearances.

The TELGetCAInfo function updates a call appearance structure with both state and feature information, whereas the TELGetCAState function provides information about the current state of a call appearance and the TELGetCAFlags function provides information about the current features of a call appearance.

You can use the TELCountCAs function to find out the number of non-idle call appearances currently associated with a directory number and the TELCALookup function to get a handle to the call appearance structure for any one of them.
